On the Dalmatian Coast you'll find many ideal beaches where you can enjoy your vacation in Dalmatia. Beaches with rocks and boulders are mainstream, but the waters are crystal clear, warm, and clean.

The Dalmatian Coast has beaches such as Makarska, an idealistic place to spend your holiday. There you'll find hotels, and apartments, and other accommodation. Nearby is Promajna, another frequented place.

The most important beach destination in Dalmatia is Dubrovnik. Here you'll find Branje Beach, surrounded by hotels and restaurants, or Copacabana Beach, the most frequented of the area.

On the islands there are also beaches, not any less spectacular than on the peninsula. Beaches like thos on Lokrum Island where there are many protected areas. You can get to the island or a zodiac from Dubrovnik easily.

On Brac Island, there is a fantastic beach, Zlatni Rat, with boulders and family ambiance. Then there is Vol Beach, similar in characteristic but more frequented than the other. In both you can practice aquatic sports.

In Mljet you'll find yet another beach, that of Saplunara, an ideal beach to enjoy nature.
